This is going to sound insane but a YouTuber tried to help a guy get back $200k in Legos stolen by the owner of a resale shop, Bricks and Minifigs. The owner was so connected with the local police that he got the YouTuber arrested 4x every time on bogus charges.

I think, to me, the most insane thing in that movie was seeing the Threshold on the big screen. It wasn't the best part but it was my favorite part i just. love that imagery so much so, seeing it there was so cool.

Forgive the incoming info dump but it seems that this 1954 movie has more behind the scenes footage than most movies today. Part 1 of how they made the squid scene. First they filmed it in broad daylight and the squid was a catastrophe.

20,000 Leagues Under the Sea (1954) won an Oscar for scenes like the fight with the giant squid. This and the underwater miniature shots is among the best of its era. Because of the costly reshoots it nearly sank the entire film.
