@0xVersteckt Instead they let wealthy companies make even more money renting out houses to eventually charge them taxes, while when they invest in cheap housing they will at the end earn the same

@0xVersteckt Government needs to buy up houses and rent them out without profit, this also needs to be done with energy, healthcare and all other basic necessity of life

on fertility rates: in major cities, the average American will spend more than 80% of their take home to pay for housing, food, medical, etc add a kid or 2 and you’re in the hole (if not already) you won’t own a home you’ll rent for life but require a bigger place rigged
