People will look you straight into the eyes and say that Scream 7 feels corporate and has become Stab. Yet 5 and 6, which focuses on Billy Loomis' illegitimate daughter, and who sees his ghost, is true Scream.
5 and 6 are exactly the type of movies part 4 was commenting on.

Everyone I’ve seen who enjoyed Scream 7 has stated they had issues with the 3rd act. So why are people acting like we’re suddenly switching up over the Guy stuff. We didn’t switch up at all, we’ve been saying the ending had its issues. Nobody said the movie was without faults.🤷♀️
