DETAINED: CONVICTED MURDERER FROM VIETNAM Minh Tieu is a criminal illegal alien from Vietnam convicted of MURDER Jan. 26, 1996, in Fort Wayne, IN. After serving over 25 years of his 45-year sentence in the slammer, he was released. Soon after, ICE placed Tieu on Alternatives to Detention. Tieu violated ATD terms, so he was located by pinging his ankle monitor. ICE re-arrested him in March. He has a final order of removal, but ICE is waiting on Vietnam to issue travel documents to affect his deportation home.

Martinez-Ulloa kidnapped the child and trapped her in an apartment where he is accused of grabbing her by her neck and raping her. This child predator should have NEVER been in our country, but illegally entered our nation 4 TIMES under the Obama and Biden administrations. He entered a fifth time at an unknown date.
