Has anyone tried @stitchfix ??? This is my second box and this is a literal joke!!!! I kept asking for good pieces. What in the literal heck! These pieces are aged and expensive beyond belief!!

So I recently retried @stitchfix and have been a little surprised at how good it has become. I tried it years ago and hated it. They’ve really added a ton of technology and for the first time in my life I actually like shopping for clothes. One of the fun things it has built into the app is this thing called Stitch Fix Vision. It’s a real application of AI technology that helps a consumer. You just upload a couple photos of yourself and it generates a few photos every week wearing new outfits based upon your style. Here’s an example. Gonna start making these my profile photos. 😂

I generally like @stitchfix and their work in ML and recommender systems, but I think they have me stuck in a filter bubble. How much forest green do they think I need?

has anyone else been disappointed with @stitchfix lately?! I used to love my boxes and the stylist realm helped expand my style. however, i’ve received 5 boxes so far since the new year and have not enjoyed one item :( does anyone have any recommendations for similar services?

Hello @stitchfix, I have sent email and no response and yet I am getting an e-mail package was delivered. No package have been delivered. I have been trying to log into account. It says I don't have an account.

@stitchfix why is there no phone number? It’s extremely frustrating not being able to have access to customer service! I hate that whenever I have an issue, there’s even more of an issue trying to contact you!

@stitchfix You have incredible deceptive business practices and will lose a loyal customer. Your customer service is nonexistent. I want to speak on the phone to a human. We had three orders arrive-one for my wife, one for my daughter, and one for my son.

@stitchfix incredibly disappointed with my 2nd box experience after a positive initial one. No way to edit within app the "stylist@ picks and the customer service is a joke. I will be cancelling after my box is received . Bunch of AI "stylists"
