Attacking civilian infrastructure such as a power grid can be charged as a war crime.

نت‌بلاکس، نهاد ناظر بر #اینترنت جهانی اعلام کرد که امروز، یکشنبه، دوم فروردین ماه ۱۴۰۵، و با گذشت بیش از ۵۲۸ ساعت از قطع اینترنت در #ایران، این کشور وارد بیست و سومین روز از خاموشی دیجیتال شده است. نت‌بلاکس در این گزارش تاکید کرده است که این محدودیت در شرایط جنگی برای میلیون‌ها شهروند ایران تحمیل شده است و این در حالی است که مردم نمی‌توانند به هشدارها و اطلاعات مربوط به جنگ دسترسی داشته باشند. نت‌بلاکس بار دیگر درباره عواقب قطع اینترنت هشدار است.

کشته شدن دست‌کم ۵۹۵ غیرنظامی در ۲۱ روز نخست جنگ هه‌نگاو تایید می‌کند که بیشترین آمار جان‌باختگان مدنی و غیرنظامی در استان‌های تهران،  هرمزگان،، کرمانشاه، فارس، البرز، ایلام، مرکزی و لرستان به ثبت رسیده است. بر طبق این گزارش تاکنون ۵۹۵ غیرنظامی در جریان این حملات کشته شده‌اند که ۱۰٪ کل  قربانیان است. از مجموع شهروندان غیرنظامی که کشته شده‌اند، هه‌نگاو کشته شدن ۱۲۷ کودک زیر ۱۸ سال و همچنین ۱۶۸ زن را تایید می‌کند. قابل ذکر است که رسانه‌های حکومتی و همچنین مقامات رسمی ایران قبلاً اعلام کرده بودند که در مدرسه میناب ۱۶۷ کودک کشته شده‌اند. با این حال تاکنون و با گذشت ۲۱ روز،  تنها هویت ۵۸ نفر از قربانیان این مدرسه احراز شده است که ۴۸ نفر از آنها کودک و ۱۰ نفر نیز بزرگسال هستند.

The head of a Tehran rehabilitation center for orphaned girls with disabilities was arrested after objecting to a demand by IRGC forces to house 50 of their personnel at the facility, informed sources told Iran International. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps forces sought to take over part of the Hamdaman rehabilitation institute. The head of the center objected to the request but was assaulted by the officers and subsequently detained, the sources said. It should be said—loudly, by many people—that the indiscriminate destruction of civilian infrastructure is a war crime. There is no way around this.

According to data collected by HRANA, in the year 1404 Hijri, 172 political prisoners and prisoners of conscience resorted to hunger strikes in response to violations of their rights.
