Today's Black American (Freedmen) inventor or innovator is Dr. Jewel Plummer Cobb. Dr. Jewel Plummer Cobb worked with another Foundational Black American/Freedmen, Dr. Jane Wright (highlighted earlier), and discovered that a drug named methotrexate was effective in treating skin and lung cancers. This drug is now an essential part of chemotherapy and has been used to help save the lives of millions of people until this day. #BlackHistoryMonth

If they got all them 123 countries to say yes, why do they need the US?
The US saying No protected the US Freedmen population from these people.

Why hasn’t Ghana solved their Children Slaves problem?

@HenriettaSnacks @obatunse If I may add. Ghana was the main adversary against Malcolm X when he went to the U.N. to fight for Black Americans. I guess since that USaid money is no longer available they have to find a new way to the bag by sabotaging Black Americans.

He kept the video of him and his friends gang raping another boy?
He is a predator and a degenerate! You don’t just rape another kid with a fucking flute. Fry his demonic ass and his sicko friends! Jail his parents too!

@MG_Audits @audreyxrxr @chillin662 RIGHT. Some fucking slavers' descendant hopping up and telling world leaders we don't need any tangible repair. We are supposed to be HAPPY with his self-appointed representation.

An now these sellouts are attempting to offload our reparations into Africa
All on one Accord 🇺🇸@BlacksOrganize
Greg Carr is White Democrat’s pet 🦝. Those are HIS masters. He’s projecting. Remember as WE demanded #Reparations 4 our vote in 2020… Greg Carr & other #sellouts tried 2 convince Blacks 2 vote 4 White Democrats “no matter what.” & make “demands” AFTER… with ZERO leverage.

@AttorneyCrump You @AttorneyCrump are despicable. You NEVER joined the fight for BlackAmerican 🇺🇸Reparations. And now you are trying to help #SlaveTraders hijack Black American Reparations.
Despicable.

@MesoFrank9 He does not need to include U.S. descendants of slaves in his resolution and then get up in front of cameras stressing the fact that his resolution doesn't request compensation.

We are supposed to be PLEASED that the President of Ghana, quite possibly a descendant of SLAVERS, hopped his big headed ass up in front of world leaders to tell them that descendants of slaves don't need financial reparations.
People want us to THANK HIM for undermining us.

@HenriettaSnacks @audreyxrxr @chillin662 And this is what we get…

Don't fall for the okey doke when Sharpton and Pressley convince Democrats to fight for reparations for ADOS as strongly as they fight for illegals. Let us know. We went to the UN and demanded reparations in the 1960's. Ghana, which participated in the TAST, cannot fight for reparations for American Descendants of Slavery, we are not their citizens
In the 1960s, Black American activists, notably Queen Mother Audley Moore, petitioned the UN and US government for reparations, arguing that centuries of slavery and discrimination required financial restitution and economic compensation. This era saw formal demands for reparations as a "settlement" for labor exploitation, paving the way for later modern movements
Key 1960s actions included:
Audley Moore’s Initiative: In 1962, at her Philadelphia conference, Moore urged for a "Resolution on Reparations" to be brought before the UN, demanding payment for unpaid labor from 1865 onward.
Martin Luther King Jr.'s Case: In his 1964 book, Why We Can’t Wait, King proposed a "massive program of special, compensatory measures" as a form of reparations for racial injustice.
The Black Manifesto (1969): Issued by James Forman and the Black Economic Development Conference, this demanded $500 million (later increased) from white churches and synagogues for exploitation.
UN Context: While the UN has recently called for reparations for slavery (as of 2026), these 1960s efforts were part of early grassroots attempts to frame reparations as an international human rights issue, notes this African American Intellectual History Society article.
