CPSC urges consumers to stop using the rocking chairs immediately and dispose of them. Do not sell or give away these hazardous products.

CPSC is aware of 27 reports of the rocking chairs collapsing while in use. Four injuries have been reported including contusions to the head. The manufacturer, NIOIIKIT, has not responded to CPSC’s request to conduct a recall.
