California Is Blocking a Federal Audit of Its Voter Rolls California allows first-time voters to register using forms of ID that most Americans would find surprising, including: -Gym membership card -Employer ID card -Credit or debit card -Prescription drug label -Insurance card (California provides free health coverage to undocumented immigrants) Full list: sos.ca.gov/elections/hava… This is permitted when a voter fails to provide a Social Security number or driver’s license at registration. Our office believes this policy deserves a closer look. We also have serious concerns about how California maintains its voter rolls. There are open questions about whether the state is promptly removing deceased voters, people who have moved, and individuals convicted of disqualifying felonies. On top of that, California allows third parties to collect and turn in ballots on voters’ behalf (a practice known as ballot harvesting) with few restrictions. This makes it difficult to track who actually received, completed, and submitted each ballot. For over a year, the Department of Justice has been trying to audit California’s voter rolls. Federal law gives the Attorney General the authority to review state voter files and confirm that only eligible U.S. citizens are voting in federal elections. @AAGDhillon sent California a letter explaining our legal authority. California refused to comply, claiming state privacy laws block the review, an argument that does not hold up because those laws don’t apply to the federal government in this context. We’ve sued California in federal court, and the case is before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. If California genuinely wants voters to trust its elections, it should open its records, not fight to keep them closed. What are they afraid of?

Much has been said about the vote on Skid Row in Los Angeles. Skid Row is defined by Google Maps as the area bounded by Main/Alameda/3rd/7th. Here are precinct winner maps of the area in 2022 and 2026. The number of votes is up from 2022 - both there (133%) & overall (149%).

🚨 CNN reporting almost all ballots that have been coming in and being counted for Nithya Raman are mail in ballots that showed up late “in the final days”
Historically people who vote by mail typically do so early, these all showed up late
“She is dominating the recent ballot dumps. On election night, she trailed Spencer Pratt by about 40,000 votes. Now she's ahead by about 22,000 votes”
CNN even admits Spencer Pratt was the clear winner online

According to data, In California and most vote-by-mail heavy states, people who vote by mail typically do so very early. Often within days of receiving their ballot
Ballots are mailed to voters about 29 days before Election Day in California
This means there is likely no good reasons for there to be this many mail in ballots coming in the last few days

Today I received a letter, just like my neighbor did, informing me that my California ballot was not counted because my "signature verification" supposedly didn't match the state's records. I've been voting in California for 20 years.

EXCLUSIVE: Noncitizens in New Jersey were on the voter rolls for years — and some even cast ballots before asking to be removed, according to documents obtained through public records requests.
Records reviewed by the NJGOP and RNC show multiple noncitizens seeking citizenship told election officials they were unknowingly registered to vote, with several pointing to the DMV as the source.
Most had no voting history, but county records show at least some voted in elections before being removed from the rolls.
The records were uncovered after Republicans requested voter roll data from all 21 New Jersey counties and are drawing renewed attention to how noncitizens were registered and what safeguards could be put in place to catch the errors sooner.
