I could happily watch In The Thick of It on a loop. In fact I do, from time to time. This is a clip from one of my favourite episodes (series 3, episode 5), in which DoSAC (🤣) minister, Nicola Murray MP (Rebecca Front), and her shadow, Peter Mannion MP (Roger Allam) are invited onto BBC Radio 5Live for a debate. Chaos obviously ensues resulting in 30 minutes of perfect television. Seriously, having the lines “We say Boo to nanny”, "F*ck off Bagpuss", "God Kermode, your hands are massive!" and "By the orders of Pol Potty Mouth” delivered within a few seconds of each other is a thing of wonder and beauty, IMVHO.
