Pagar um salário líquido de 3 mil euros custa 6194 euros por mês ao empregador. Pagar três salários líquidos de mil euros custa 4618 euros por mês ao empregador. Não será a única razão, mas é um incentivo perverso aos baixos salários e fraca produtividade.
