I believe Africa’s real problem is false beliefs like nationalism. What’s wrong with Rwandans actively participating in nation building? If I were Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, I would reinstate Dr. Muganga to his ministerial position. You can’t say Rwandans in Uganda aren’t Ugandans. Everyone is here because they love the country and feel at home. Uganda needs great minds for nation building. Frank M. Gashumba, feel free in Uganda. Open minds are what drive nation building. Let’s all see ourselves as Africans first and break out of the cage of tribal and nationality divisions.
