Reminder to ALWAYS check & fix your vehicle before driving it on a racetrack.
Apparently the car owner claimed their car had "upgraded brakes" when it was entirely factory stock. The brake hose ruptured & caused the brake failure.
Hope they made it out safely, that was nasty
