@air_b Yeah it could be a great life changing move :) You can always sublet for as long or short as you like to see if it’s right for you before committing to a long term year lease. This also gives you a chance to see which areas in the city you’d prefer to live in

@artbysal if you like painting scenery there’s so absolutely beautiful spots there and towards the end of riverside there’s another park with a beautiful waterfall it’s by 110th st if you like a bit of a walk :)
