This morning has been SO GOOD! I had the best dentist visit, he was super nice to me, efficient, professional, quick, through, communicative, inexpensive and he said my teeth are in near perfect condition ♡

I also went bra shopping and found the most perfect bra that fits like an absolute glove! It's so rare for b8gfer breasts that i unironically squatted in the changing room & prayed thanks to the Lord about it 😭

I've gone down from smoking a whole bunch to 3/4 a day (one after lunch, one after dinner, one when stressed or walking, one before bed.) Zero smoking for the next 3 days minimum! Promise to myself (and my dentist)
