Could @inter_link Become the Nasdaq/NYSE of Web3? Recently, we have seen prices across many asset classes decline, including gold, cryptocurrencies, and other financial assets. One of the key reasons is that a significant amount of global capital is flowing into the upcoming IPOs of major AI companies on the world's leading stock exchanges, the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and Nasdaq. Companies such as @OpenAI , @AnthropicAI , and @SpaceX continue to attract enormous investor attention. An IPO is an extremely rigorous process involving audits of financial statements, technology, legal structures, shareholder ownership, compliance, and many other areas. However, it is also one of the most powerful wealth creation mechanisms in the world. Combined, NYSE and Nasdaq represent approximately $74 trillion in market capitalization. To put that into perspective, Bitcoin's market capitalization is only a fraction of that amount. The challenge is that over 99% of businesses worldwide are SMEs (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises). Most of them will never have the resources, scale, or financial capability required to complete a traditional IPO due to its complexity, cost, and regulatory burden.
