The longer this peds respiratory virus surge goes on, the more convinced I am that (similar to Measles) COVID has adversely affected children’s immunity in ways we don’t yet understand.

A quick reminder as folks are glorifying absurd hours again: 1. Sustained crunch mode leads to net negative productivity vs. 40 hr/wk 2. Working sleep deprived leaves you as mentally impaired as being drunk Working longer *feels* productive but it makes you worse at your job.

The ultimatum on Twitter staff will separate Tweeps to 3 groups:
1) people with work visas mandated to work at Twitter.
2) people who chose to work in extreme conditions for the same compensation. 
3) people who will leave. 
I feel most sorry for the first group.
