I would love to see in the overwhelming destruction and recreation happening right now in the games (and many others) industry be the pillar of change regarding remote opportunities for devs. It’s already been shown to be possible, some of the most incredible experiences were largely crafted remotely. It is unreasonable and irresponsible to blanket-demand relocation for all roles when you cannot offer any kind of worker protection. Especially in today’s economic climate.
