🚨 🚨 🚨 The #Texans and All-Pro edge Will Anderson Jr. have agreed on a blockbuster, 3-year, $150M extension with $134M guaranteed to make him the NFL’s highest paid non-QB ever. The deal, which includes a rare no-trade clause, was done by @AgentNicoleLynn of @KlutchSports.

Sources: Colts and Kenny Moore II mutually have agreed to seek a trade and a new home for the veteran cornerback. Moore is entering the last year of his contract, and both sides feel it is time to explore a trade.

ESPN Sources: Offensive Player of the Year and Super-Bowl champion Jaxon Smith-Njigba reached agreement with the Seattle Seahawks on a four-year, $168.6 million contract extension that now makes him the highest-paid WR in NFL history.  The deal averages $42.15 million per year, and includes over $120 million guaranteed, both setting records for any wide receiver. The deal was confirmed by @WINSportsGroup.

Maxx Crosby says on @TheRushWithMaxx that he didn’t see #Ravens GM Eric DeCosta or HC Jesse Minter during the first 5 hours of his visit, and when he finally met with DeCosta, the energy felt off. DeCosta then informed him they had concerns about his medicals. “I was thinking in my head, ‘what the f***?’” Crosby said his surgeon later called him and told him to listen to what they were saying: “They know you had your surgery nine weeks ago… You’ll be back by training camp.”

The #Colts are locking in their QB, finalizing a deal with Daniel Jones to secure the most important position, per me and @TomPelissero. It’s a 2-year, $100M contract done by his agents at @AthletesFirst. The biggest two-year deal in NFL history.

Things aren’t so bad for the Raiders. They’re a much-improved team, have the cap space for Crosby, and have one of the best edges that’s hellbent on proving people wrong.

It’s been made clear by multiple people around the NFL at all levels that Baltimore had all the information and understood where Maxx Crosby’s knee was in terms of his recovery timeline. Many in the league believe GM Eric DeCosta and the Ravens ultimately just got cold feet.

Source: The Raiders will honor all the agreements they made with free agents—both their own and the incoming guys—over the last 48 hours, despite the stunning developments of last night. All options remain in play with Maxx Crosby. Vegas is certainly very open to keeping him.

Raiders already have received calls from “several” teams inquiring about the availability of Maxx Crosby in a trade, per source. For now the Raiders are prepared to get Crosby healthy and have him play for Las Vegas. But they are listening to other teams.

One NFL general manager told me everybody involved in Maxx Crosby trade talks knew he would be out until June/July coming off meniscus surgery. Consensus opinion I’ve got from NFL decision makers: Ravens got cold feet & it could impact how other teams work w/ BAL going forward.

Just got off the phone with two GMs. Neither one buying the Ravens failed physical narrative - not by a long shot. Good luck finding agents and teams to trust you in negotiations now. It's not sitting well with the Raiders either. Coulda got further medicals on Crosby way sooner

One GM summarized the feelings around the league: “This is very much bullshit on Baltimore’s part.”

Other NFL GMs have a lot of questions after the Ravens backed out of the Maxx Crosby trade because of what they told the Raiders were medical concerns. @nflnetwork
