As part of Phase 4 of the Vertex Shutdown Sequence, all user funds have now been fully settled and distributed to connected wallets. 2/ Phase 4: Money Market Closure & Web App Shutdown 📆 Start: Wednesday, July 16th 2025 @ 2 PM UTC 📆 End: Thursday, August 14th 2025 @ 2PM UTC During this phase: • Remaining borrow positions are force-closed via collateral swap, these will be subjected to a 5% penalty when settled. • BTC-PERP price feed frozen and remaining positions force closed • Resulting funds will be automatically sent to your linked wallet. • All trading interfaces are now permanently disabled. • User-initiated withdrawals via the app are no longer supported. • Trade history will remain viewable for approximately 4 weeks.

1/ As of Today @ 2PM UTC, Phase 4 of the Vertex Edge Shutdown Sequence has officially begun. This is the final phase of the shutdown. From this point forward, all trading, deposits, and withdrawals will be disabled. Please read carefully.

Vertex Shutdown: Phase 4 Begins in 24 Hours. As part of the Vertex Shutdown Sequence, Phase 4 will begin on Wednesday, July 16 at 2PM UTC. Key changes during this stage:  • All outstanding borrow positions will be force-closed via collateral swap (5% fee applies).  • Funds will be automatically sent to connected wallet addresses.  • Trading pages on the web app will be deprecated. Users are strongly encouraged to withdraw any remaining funds prior to the start of Phase 4 to make the process as smooth as possible. Trade history will remain accessible for the next four weeks for users to retrieve records. Please note: Withdrawals will no longer be possible once Phase 4 begins.
