We're rolling out an update right now that: 🔸 fixes the issue where players who own the Super Deluxe Edition on the Epic Game Store are unable to access Story Pack 1 🔸 fixes the issue where SDU progress resets and tokens are lost when Shared Character Progression automatically applies to a newly created Vault Hunter. (SDU Tokens on all characters will be restored. You will need to reassign your SDU Tokens when you log in.) Thank you for your patience, Vault Hunters!

We've added Shared Progression across accounts so you can focus on gameplay and discovery without needing to hunt down items you’ve already found. However, we know some of you want to be able to experience a fresh Vault Hunter. We’re looking into adding the option to turn this feature off for new characters. 🧵4/4

We are also aware of an issue causing some players to lose SDU progression. The team is already working on a fix that will work retroactively, and we will provide more information as soon as we can. 🧵3/4
