@myQConnect So Infiniti did the software update and your system still doesn’t work. No prompts when leaving or approaching. Logged out and now it won’t let me log back in. Worst “upgrade” to a car EVER. @INFINITIUSA

Visited Nationwide Infiniti of Timonium Maryland zip 21093 on 03.26.2026 Sales assistant was kind and helpful. Sales manager was aggressive and dismissive, refused to provide pricing I politely requested, saying “you can see the price on the website,” which made me feel unwelcome — maybe he didn’t like me or my race. I am no longer considering buying Infiniti

@INFINITIUSA I own a 2007 Infiniti FX35 (VIN: JN8AS05Y77X012083). The car drives normally at first, but after stopping or on a slope it loses power and moves very slowly. Restarting temporarily fixes it. Torque converter replaced and transmission checked. Any advice on the cause?

Passed all my exams this week. 🎓 All while dealing with Infiniti over ongoing manufacturing defects and dealership damage repairs. Tuesday morning, the @INFINITIUSA @GHarteInfiniti dealership manager told me: “Infiniti corporate needs your business more than we do.” Since then, it’s replayed in my head every hour. What he said wasn’t just a comment — it exposed a mindset. It showed me how casually some people treat responsibility, customers, and accountability. For me (especially as a psychology major heading to law school), moments like that stick because they show how power, systems, and behavior actually operate in real life — not just in textbooks. ⚖️ #Infiniti #Accountability #FutureLawyer #Resilience

My brand-new 2025 QX55, owned for only 42 days, has had repeated visits to @Ghi_Wallingford @GHarteInfiniti for an ongoing dual system malfunction that still remains unresolved. During a failed repair attempt, the technician damaged my vehicle’s entire center console, including the leather finishes, stained and scuff all my seats, and interior trim while the car was in dealership custody on my BRAND NEW CAR!! Today when I went back to the dealership to hear the plan of action, I had to call the police to get it formally documented, because NO ONE one even bothered to offer me a formal apology or an explanation on how this could have happened. I now have a defective system and significant interior damage on a brand-new luxury vehicle. This situation has been so stressful since I have bought my car on January 15, 2026 - I have spent every week at the dealership- only for them to do this to my car!!! I literally broke down in tears today outside the dealership
