I took Ben McCollum’s “Fundamentals of Coaching Basketball” class my freshman year of college and he didn’t speak X’s and O’s. He spoke about culture and had us read “The Energy Bus”. Changed my whole perspective about life.

No one became their best by focusing on someone else’s flaws and mistakes. Let’s not bash Tiger Woods. Let’s pray for the healing he needs. Everyone has a hole in their soul. You can fill it up with alcohol and things that bring temporary relief but don’t bring restoration. Or you can fill it up with God’s love and presence that heals and restores you. We all are looking to fill the hole. When you fill it with God you won’t need or want anything else.
