Great article about Devoted Health’s primary care approach using the Patient Priorities Care (PPC) framework “If you ask a patient what they most hope to accomplish this month, it probably won’t be lowering their systolic blood pressure by 5 to 10 mm Hg. They are much more likely to say “being able to dance on my wedding anniversary” or even just “feeling well enough to go to the grocery store.” Linking the ability to achieve those goals to the steps required to lower their blood pressure helps activate the patient in a new way and engage them in their health on terms that matter to them.” ajmc.com/view/a-clinica…

@sariazout I’m still reading his prior book but based on what I’ve seen of this one, it’s about looking past our own needs and realizing how we are all interdependent. All living beings, humans, animals, plants, etc. we succeed more by cooperating than by competing.

Once crypto clicks, it’s hard to think of anything else. I’m of the belief that our progress as a species isn’t thwarted by lack of technology or science, but by poor incentives for cooperation. Crypto gives us new primitives for incentive design.
