BREAKING: MAGA goes full panic mode as Donald Trump suffers a huge defeat, losing the first of his attempts to throw out a historic lawsuit that seeks to block him from the 2024 presidential ballot in Colorado. This could have HUGE implications for the election... The lawsuit was brought by the watchdog group CREW and convincingly argues that Trump cannot be allowed on the ballot because the 14th Amendment explicitly prohibits insurrectionists from holding office. Trump clearly engaged in insurrection on January 6th. One need only look at the footage of his speech before the attack and review his actions for the rest of the day to see that. Colorado District Judge Sarah Wallace rejected Trump's desperate attempt to get the lawsuit dismissed on free-speech grounds. In her 22-page ruling, she said that she wasn't convinced by Trump's argument— "The Court has no difficulty concluding that it is to the benefit of the general public that, regardless of political affiliation, only constitutionally qualified candidates are placed on the ballot," she wrote. She went on to say that figuring out Trump’s eligibility is crucial because he wants "the highest office in the country" and "the disqualification sought is based on allegations of insurrection against the very government over which the candidate seeks to preside." Trump and his supporters now have to hold out hope that one of his several pending challenges against the case succeed. Supporters of democracy must hope for the opposite. A trial to determine whether or not Trump should be eligible for the ballot is set for October 30th, assuming it isn't foolishly dismissed before then. The hard deadline to resolve the issue is January 5th, because that's when the ballot processing begins for the March 5th Republican primary. What do you think? Should Trump be one the ballot? Please retweet and ❤️ if you support banning Trump from public office — and consider joining the growing exodus to Tribel, a “woke” new Twitter competitor that is exploding in popularity because it banned Trump for life and because Elon Musk banned Tribel’s Twitter account — but he forgot to ban this link to download the new Tribel app: tribel.app.link/okwPIHYCIqb

We can clearly see that our enemy, Russia, is interested in the worst-case scenario in the Middle East. I am grateful to everyone who works to keep the Middle East from further exploding, but also to hold terrorists accountable for everything they have done against Israel—against children and women, against ordinary people. We also remember about the citizens of other countries who have been detained or killed by terrorists. There are also Ukrainians among the dead. My condolences go out to everyone who has lost a loved one. It is critically important—for everyone around the world including those who do not yet comprehend—that terrorists must always be held accountable for all the evil they have caused.

I guess we should take this in. It seems we have reached a breaking point in the GOP. It appears they are now saying to become Speaker you must denounce the election fraud crap from Trump. You must be willing to say he lost. It killed both Jordan and Scalise.

You were one of the leading co-conspirators in the January 6th insurrection that immediately killed 8 people (three more later committed suicide) and injured over 140 others. You are not in any position to “condemn all types of violence” while you fail to condemn what you incited

Kari Lake just announced she is running for Senate against Ruben. The MAGA-right is going to be in a frenzy today. Kari Lake will raise a ton of money. We have to be ready to match her attacks. Because they’re coming. It doesn’t get bigger than this. Can you chip in today?

BREAKING: Donald Trump suffers a devastating loss as a federal judge hands a sweeping victory to former Trump campaign aide Jessica Denson and voids the 2016 campaign's nondisclosure agreement for being overly restrictive — freeing an additional 422 employees to speak as well. But it gets even worse for Trump. Denson was also awarded $450,000 in legal fees to her defense team and a $25,000 incentive fee for representing the class action. Now, Denson and the 422 former employees can speak about their 2016 experiences without fear of legal reprisal because the judge ruled the NDAs was too restrictive and as such "“nvalid and unenforceable." Denson had previously accused the Trump campaign of sexual discrimination and personally won a lawsuit focused on her personal NDA before expanding to target the entire campaign. Given how nakedly criminal and predatory the Trump campaign was and is, there's no telling what these hundreds of employees may now reveal... Please retweet and ❤️ to urge them to spill everything that they know — and consider joining the growing exodus to Tribel, a “woke” new Twitter competitor that is exploding in popularity because it banned Trump for life and because Elon Musk banned Tribel’s Twitter account — but he forgot to ban this link to download the new Tribel app: tribel.app.link/okwPIHYCIqb

I thank the Joint Expeditionary Force Summit 🇩🇰 🇪🇪 🇫🇮 🇮🇸 🇱🇻 🇱🇹 🇳🇱 🇳🇴 🇸🇪 🇬🇧 for the strong concluding statement. JEF leaders condemned Russian aggression and weaponization of food, reiterated their support for Ukraine and its path to NATO, invited Ukraine to observe JEF 2024-2025 exercises. By working together, we contribute strength and confidence to Europe.

The local Jewish community in London put up posters with the names and faces of the civilians held hostage by Hamas in Gaza. They are asking people to help if they have any information that can help. The posters didn't stay up for long. Angry Hamas supporters quickly appeared

Natalia runs a dance school in Kharkiv, which continues to operate even during the war. Classes help children to survive the stress of hard times. Many parents cannot afford to pay for dance classes, so Natalia teaches the children for free. The team has already visited the liberated villages of Kharkiv region with performances. One of the students says that this is how they want to "unite the whole Ukraine". 📹: CurrentTimeTv

Imagine if every single day, President Biden appeared to believe he was running against George W. Bush for the presidency. It would be the top headline of every publication. The entire nation would be deeply concerned. Well, Donald Trump has now more than a handful of times in the past couple of weeks said that he is running against Barack Obama in the 2024 election. This morning, Trump wondered aloud during a Fox Radio interview with host Brian Kilmeade about Obama's nonexistent presidential statements on Iran's involvement in the Hamas attacks. A concerned-sounding Kilmeade had to correct Trump live. "Well, you mean President Biden," Kilmeade told Trump. The other day Trump tried to cover for these brain lapses by trying to spread a conspiracy theory that Obama is President Biden's "boss." It was a weak attempt to cover for his failing mental faculties. These are beyond slips of the tongue. When you add this together with Trump thinking that people need voter ID to buy bread, saying that President Biden was going to start World War II, and other recent gaffes, it's clear that Trump's mental deterioration must be brought to the forefront of the conversation. Trump is deeply unwell. He is often confused, paranoid, and angry. And all of us – and the media – need to be talking about it daily.

Israel has every right to root-out Hamas terrorist and neutralize the threat to its citizens. And Israel must abide by the laws of war and avoid civilian casualties. Hamas is the belligerent. Israel is defending itself. It’s time for some moral clarity.

"Freezing the conflict is not permissible – it would be a betrayal of our people," - Kyrylo Budanov. 🔹Before the autumn-winter period, the Russians amassed weapons and again intend to strike at energy facilities in Ukraine. "Unfortunately, we are once again facing a battle for electricity. The Russians have enough forces and means [...] to create real problems not only for our energy sector but also for the oil and gas industry, industrial enterprises, and military facilities," Kyrylo Budanov told "Ukrainska Pravda". According to the Chief of Ukraine's Military Intelligence, our country needs significantly more air defense systems than it currently has. 🔸At the same time, Budanov does not rule out the possibility of blackouts in Russia. "Temporary [blackouts in Moscow] are also possible. This is a logical phenomenon: when you make bad moves, sooner or later it will come back to you," said the head of Ukrainian intelligence. ❗️ Key points from Budanov's interview: ▫️ Our offensive operation continues in the south. There are significant events regarding the reclaiming of Bakhmut. ▫️ Russians wanted to overload the system at Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant and control radiation release [...] To our understanding, this would have led to a real nuclear disaster. ▫️ We passed the critical moment at ZNPP, but if Russia wants to attempt something similar again, they have all the opportunities. ▫️ I don't know if [Prigozhin] died or not. [...] Kadyrov had kidney problems. His life was in danger, but he overcame it. ▫️ There's a man who has always brought problems to Ukraine. This is General Beseda [head of the 5th service of the FSB]. A very problematic person. He has caused much harm to Ukraine. Time will put everything in its place. ▫️ The agency intelligence [of Russia in Ukraine] has failed, but electronic and cyber intelligence are at a very high level. ▫️ The world was unprepared for a war of this intensity. And this, by the way, is one of the conclusions that will surely be made by all countries after this. Everyone will try to build up their arsenals. ▫️ Freezing the conflict? This cannot be allowed. Firstly, it would be a betrayal of the people who remain in the occupied territories. Secondly, it's wrong from the standpoint of remembering those who died and those who are currently fighting. ▫️ We must remember that several million people are currently living under occupation, and they are waiting for their liberation. This, by the way, is one of the main functions of the state. ▫️ The opportunity for diplomacy will come when the war is over: [...] either when we reclaim our territories militarily or when events unfold such that there's a clear confidence that Russia will genuinely start withdrawing its troops to the 1991 borders.

Social Security recipients will get an inflation adjusted boost in their checks next year — 3.2%. Good news. But wait...Why don't people working at the federal minimum wage get an inflation adjustment? The $7.25 minimum wage has stagnated since 2009. Hello?
