End of October Friday night football injury tracking means it’s likely we will see a number of life-flights from football fields. It’s likely one of those will lead to at minimum, a life-changing catastrophic injury, or possibly even death. When will we start tracking injuries?

Sad news: #NFL HOFer Brett Favre announced he has Parkinson's disease at 54. He's also said he believes he has #CTE. Among those w/CTE who had signs of Parkinsonism, only 24% had 'classic' Parkinson's. For 76%, it appears their symptoms are caused by CTE
