This isn't "xenophobia"; it's a documented trail of perjury and potential federal crimes. In 2017, she swore under penalty of perjury that she hadn't seen Elmi since 2011, yet social media evidence and travel records suggest otherwise. In any other era, a politician facing such credible allegations of marriage fraud and tax evasion would be under federal indictment, not sitting on committees.
The Left’s defense of Omar is a calculated act of protection for one of their most effective anti-American insurgents. They ignore the $19 billion in taxpayer funds estimated to have been siphoned through fraud networks in her own district—money stolen from American citizens to fund foreign interests. Instead, they parrot her vile lies about the President and Jeffrey Epstein, a man Trump banned from Mar-a-Lago decades before the rest of the elite "discovered" his crimes.
Democrats like Newsom and Omar operate on the same principle: they view the United States as a carcass to be picked clean by globalist interests. They want a borderless, lawless society because it is easier to control a population that has no sense of heritage or safety.
