@AmnestyNigeria Ńigeria is a sovereign state which has the responsibility to protect its citizens from both external aggression and internal insurgency. It is perhaps better if you give some credits to the military as a whole and the Nigerian government.

Tomorrow it will be exactly 5-years since Giwa Barrack Massacre in which at least 600 people were killled. Since that day dozens are still missing. Relatives of victims are still demanding justice.

@AmnestyNigeria AI has been invited by the military and the government along side other HR Organisations but AI never honoured them. even sometimes in 2017, AI was invited to witness the Presidential Panel on the allegations of HR violations and they didn't come or send a representative.
