Hollywood studios are obsolete. If u build ur own audience u can build your own financing (crowdfunding or attracting investors), ur direct to audience relationship creates an easier marketing pipeline, ur movement will attract celeb talent. Profit is urs. Creative control.

the lesson from the success of obsession and forecasted for backrooms isnt about low budget horror. its original and zeitgeist gripping movies that accumulate strong word of mouth thanks to the creator’s online audiences. i’d love to see if the formula works with a comedy next
