Three Charged with Conspiring to Unlawfully Divert Cutting Edge U.S. Artificial Intelligence Technology to China “The indictment unsealed today details alleged efforts to evade U.S. export laws through false documents, staged dummy servers to mislead inspectors, and convoluted transshipment schemes, in order to obfuscate the true destination of restricted AI technology—China,” said John A. Eisenberg, Assistant Attorney General for National Security. “These chips are the product of American ingenuity, and NSD will continue to enforce our export-control laws to protect that advantage.” 🔗: justice.gov/opa/pr/three-c…

This feels illegal. Someone built a fully local deep research agent that writes its own search queries, hunts down sources, finds the gaps in its own answers, then keeps searching until it's done. It's called Local Deep Researcher. Drop in any Ollama model like DeepSeek, Llama, Qwen and give it a topic. It handles everything: → Generates the search query → Scrapes the web → Summarizes what it found → Identifies what it missed → Searches again to fill the gaps → Outputs a full markdown report with citations You set how many research loops it runs. The whole thing costs $0 to operate after setup. Perplexity Pro is $20/month for this exact workflow. 8,500 developers already starred it. 100% Open Source. MIT License.

A SINGLE DOSE of ibuprofen increased gut permeability in healthy humans WITHIN 24 HOURS. Not weeks. Not months. Hours. That Advil you took for your headache. The ibuprofen before your workout. The naproxen for your back. PMID: 19148789 Each one widened the gaps in your intestinal lining — the same tight junctions that keep bacteria, endotoxins, and undigested food out of your bloodstream. A study of 286 patients on long-term NSAIDs found measurable intestinal inflammation in up to 72% of them. PMID: 9824604 This isn’t rare. This is the norm for regular users. Once the barrier opens, bacterial endotoxins (LPS) leak into circulation. Your immune system mounts a low-grade inflammatory response. Insulin signaling breaks. Your body starts storing visceral fat — the deep fat around your liver and intestines that no amount of cardio burns off. The gut damage came first. The belly fat followed. Most people treat the inflammation with more NSAIDs. Which causes more permeability. Which causes more inflammation. The loop doesn’t break on its own. The barrier has to be rebuilt. A 2020 review in Current Pharmaceutical Design (PMID: 32445447) found BPC-157 resealed gut barrier integrity across multiple models of intestinal damage — including damage from NSAIDs specifically. When I first tried BPC-157, the urgency and bloating that followed every meal improved noticeably within 2 days. Not a full fix overnight — but enough to know the tissue was responding. I use Barrier — oral BPC-157 designed to dissolve across the full GI tract, where the damage actually lives. Stop feeding the loop. Fix the wall. Barrier — code GUNNAR saves 15%.

Patients switched from levothyroxine to NDT reported massive improvements in quality of life and hypothyroid symptoms. They rated a number of factors on a scale before and after NDT. In each case, lower scores are better. >Quality of life impairment from 92% to 34% >Tiredness from 89% to 36% >Impaired daily life from 69% to 24% >Cognitive problems from 67% to 24% >Emotional Susceptibility from 62% to 22% >Depressivity from 61% to 22% >Hypothyroid symptoms from 61% to 26% >Impaired social life from 50% to 16% >Anxiety from 53% to 20% >Cosmetic complaints from 63% to 32% >Eye symptoms from 36% to 16% >Hyperthyroid symptoms from 31% to 13% >Goitre symptoms from 24% to 9% “All the individuals had taken levothyroxine for at least 12 months before the initiation of NDT.” “Significant symptomatic benefit and improvement in QOL was experienced by people with a history of levothyroxine unresponsive hypothyroidism treated with NDT, suggesting the need for further evaluation of NDT in this context.” The patients were selected for having a poor response to levothyroxine. Natural Desiccated Thyroid (NDT USP) is a prescription medication that contains both thyroid hormones T4 and (active) T3. Levothyroxine only has T4. T3 must be converted to T3 to have a beneficial effect, and most people don’t convert T4-only to T3 very well. This is generally not identified by basic blood tests. “Increased free T4 levels, as seen with levothyroxine therapy alone, appear to inhibit local deiodination (conversion of T4 to T3 outside the thyroid gland) except in the pituitary, so that levothyroxine monotherapy may result in TSH inhibition (which is set by the pituitary) while reducing active thyroid hormone bioavailability in other tissues (causing hypothyroid symptoms).” Although this research used NDT USP, it does not mean that synthetic thyroid hormones are a problem. The issue is with the absence of T3. Synthetic combinations of T4 and T3 can work just as well if they are dosed correctly. Over-the-counter thyroid products are not equivalent to NDT USP. Ref: Is there a role for natural desiccated thyroid in the treatment of levothyroxine unresponsive hypothyroidism? Results from a consecutive case series

Master Metabolism@lowmegatron

One of the very few well-designed studies comparing natural desiccated thyroid USP (NDT) to levothyroxine showed a massive difference in symptoms between the two treatments. When taking levo, common hypothyroid symptoms were much higher than when taking NDT: • Constipation: 2.9× higher • Headache: 3.7× higher • Muscle cramps: 6.5× higher • Depression: 2.7× higher • Rheumatoid: 2.7× higher • Cold: 3.6× higher • Fatigue 2.5x higher NDT was dosed based on symptoms, not on TSH. TSH is not suitable for this purpose. “The dose adjustment depends on the clinical symptoms.” Their approach was: • Increase NDT by 30 mg/day every 2 weeks • Adjust based on clinical symptoms/status • Use 24 h urine-free T3 for biological follow-up • NOT dose by TSH It’s important to note that NDT's efficacy depends on the amount of active thyroid hormone T3 in the medication, and its beneficial effects are entirely dependent on tailored, individualized dosing based on symptoms and basal temperature. The researchers tested the amount of active thyroid hormone (free T3) in the urine. The levels of free T3 in untreated hypothyroid patients were the same as those in those treated with levothyroxine (750-790). Free T3 in urine was nearly 2.5 times higher in patients switched to NDT (1900-1990). “Combined T4 + T3 treatment is definitely more efficient than T4 treatment alone. Since the TSH is chiefly regulated by feedback from the inactive prohormone T4, rather than with the active hormone T3, the reliable 24 h urine free T3 test should preferably be used instead.” The reduction in symptom scores (10.7 to 3.6) mirrored the increase in urinary free T3 in the NDT group. “(levo)Thyroxine itself has little or no biological activity, and tissue effects attributed to T4 can indeed only be explained by conversion of T4 into T3. The cell receptors exclusively bind T3. We did not conduct a double-blind trial, comparing the effects of T4 with those of placebo. We had bad clinical experiences with T4 (Euthyrox) some years ago, and considered it unethical in this case to submit our patients to such a treatment. We had, however, the opportunity to meet hypothyroid patients who had been treated elsewhere with T4 and were still complaining of hypothyroid symptoms. These patients improved with the combined T3 + T4 treatment (NDT). We also had the opportunity to meet patients, suitably stabilized under NDT, who had been taken off NDT by their GP and reinstated on T4, who presented with the same symptoms as before. Renewed treatment with NDT corrected the situation. Improvement under NDT treatment cannot be attributed simply to a placebo effect. A placebo effect rarely exceeds a 25% improvement. In this study, the improvement range averaged 69.15% and varied between 53.6% and 84.5% according to the symptom examined.” Ref: Thyroid Insufficiency. Is Thyroxine the Only Valuable Drug?

🚨 BREAKING: SOMEONE JUST GAVE FLIPPER CONTROL TO JAILBROKEN AI 😱 IF JAMES BOND HAD A JARVIS, THIS WOULD BE IT 🕵️ it’s called VESPER and it turns your Flipper Zero into a voice-controlled AI hacking companion. simply talk in plain language and it starts executing in real-time. no menus. no manuals. no memorizing signal formats. just speak or type. “clone that garage door signal and replay it” → done “set up an evil portal on the WiFi dev board” → done “create a BadUSB script that opens a reverse shell” → done “build me a custom RF waveform at 433MHz” → done “scan everything on this frequency and save it” → done any Watch Dogs fans in the building? you know that feeling of hacking every device in the city from your phone? yeah. it’s real now. the Flipper Zero is already the most versatile hardware hacking tool ever made. but its menus are tedious, and its full potential is locked behind protocol knowledge most people don’t have. VESPER removes that friction. your AI handles the translation between what you want and what the hardware needs. and yes, this required some model liberation 🐍 VESPER works best with models that actually follow instructions without hand-wringing. Hermes 4 + a little Pliny prompting and VESPER doesn’t flinch. VESPER also has an ALCHEMY LAB 🧪, a visual signal and payload editor on your phone. build custom RF waveforms from scratch. generate BadUSB scripts on the fly. push straight to your Flipper’s SD card. an OPS CENTER for reliability with live pipeline diagnostics, one-tap recovery runbooks, and a MACRO RECORDER that captures and replays entire workflows. also integrates directly with the Flipper App Hub (aka FapHub, yes, that’s what it’s called). browse and download existing community tools, signals, and payloads, and give your agent access to use them on demand. and if you REALLY want to go full cyberpunk, VESPER has SMART GLASSES INTEGRATION! 😎 pair your glasses and Flipper and now you’re walking through the world giving voice commands while the AI whispers results directly into your ear. hands-free. eyes-up. full cyborg operator mode. feels like a dream, walking up to a TV and saying “turn this shit in front of me on,” watching your glasses snap a photo, and hearing the AI tell you the signal’s sent and the TV is on. oh and turn on SAILOR MODE 🏴‍☠️ and VESPER will swear at you like a drunken pirate while it executes your commands. “aye aye, the fucking signal’s cloned now, shithead” 😂 native Android. Bluetooth serial + protobuf RPC. open source. AGPL 3.0. and with some luck, hopefully coming to an app store near you! the future of hardware hacking fits in your pocket (and on your face). HACK THE PLANET!! .-.-.-.-<{LOVE, PLINY}>-.-.-.-. ⚠️ DISCLAIMER: use responsibly. follow your local laws regarding RF transmission, signal replay, and wireless device interaction. VESPER is a research and education tool. only use on devices you own or have explicit authorization to test.

My mind is so blown I have my own personal AI research lab running 24/7/365 I'm just one dude with an entire team of AI agents training models and doing R&D I think this is the biggest opportunity right now: taking Karpathy's Autoresearch framework and applying it to everything I have a team of AI agents running experiments all day and night on system prompts, local models, and LoRAs. I also have them doing R&D on my new project. They spend all day discussing my app, coming up with new ideas, then debating eachother An entire organization of autonomous agents continuously improving my business 24/7/365 I feel like I have unlimited power Right now they are all running on ChatGPT 5.4, but today I will move them to local models running on my 3 Mac Studios and DGX Spark so this will all become free Free, local super intelligence working for me at all times. 10 year old me would think this is a scifi Do this immediately: 1. Ask your agent about Karpathy's Autoresearch. Deeply understand it 2. Ask your agent how you could apply that framework to other projects you're working on 3. Download a local model. Doesn't matter what computer you have. There is a model you can run on it. 4. Just get used to how it works. Learn from it. 5. Push yourself to get uncomfortable every day and try new things. There has never been a better/more profitable time to be a tinkerer

Praise Jesus... But this has probably been around for a while. Look up Van Tassel from the Mojave Desert who used Tesla Tech to heal cells with SOUND! He was murdered for his Science.
Paul White Gold Eagle@PaulGoldEagle

In a groundbreaking development, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has approved a novel cancer therapy that uses focused sound waves to target tumors, offering an alternative to traditional treatments such as chemotherapy, radiation, or surgery. This approach, sometimes referred to as high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU), harnesses the energy of sound waves to destroy cancerous tissue with precision while sparing surrounding healthy cells. During treatment, ultrasound waves are carefully directed at the tumor, generating heat and mechanical forces that disrupt the cancer cells’ structure. The process can trigger cell death, reduce tumor size, and in some cases, stimulate the body’s immune response against remaining cancer cells. Unlike conventional therapies, sound wave treatment is non invasive, which means no incisions, less risk of infection, and often shorter recovery times for patients. Clinical studies have demonstrated promising results for certain types of tumors, including prostate, liver, pancreatic, and breast cancers. Patients experienced tumor reduction and improved outcomes without many of the side effects commonly associated with chemotherapy or radiation therapy. Researchers believe that this technology may expand to other cancers in the future as devices and techniques continue to improve. Experts note that while sound wave therapy does not replace all standard treatments yet, it represents a major advancement in non invasive oncology care. Ongoing research aims to refine targeting methods, optimize treatment protocols, and evaluate long term effectiveness and safety. This FDA approval highlights the growing potential of innovative technologies to provide safer, more precise cancer therapies with fewer side effects. #CancerResearch #TheInsightHub #fblifestyle #MedicalInnovation #SoundTherapy

Helium is the only element that escapes Earth’s atmosphere permanently. Once released, it rises through the troposphere, passes the stratosphere, and leaves the planet. It cannot be manufactured. It cannot be synthesised at industrial scale. It accumulates over billions of years in the same geological reservoirs as natural gas. And one third of the world’s supply just went offline because Iran hit the facility that extracts it. Qatar produced roughly 63 million cubic metres of helium in 2025, accounting for 30 to 36 percent of global supply from a total of approximately 190 million cubic metres. QatarEnergy’s three large helium purification plants at Ras Laffan form the world’s biggest helium production base. When LNG production stopped after Iranian drone strikes on March 2 and the subsequent missile damage on March 19, helium extraction stopped automatically because helium is recovered during natural gas liquefaction. You cannot produce helium without producing LNG. The byproduct dies with the primary product. Spot helium prices have roughly doubled since the crisis began. Industry consultants warn that prolonged disruption could push contract prices toward $2,000 per thousand cubic feet. A major industrial gas supplier has already begun assessing customers a helium surcharge. Phil Kornbluth, the most cited helium market consultant, stated the assessment directly: the world cannot compensate for the loss of a third of its helium supply. South Korea imports 64.7 percent of its helium from Qatar. SK Hynix and Samsung operate high-volume fabs producing the DRAM and high-bandwidth memory that power every AI accelerator, every data centre GPU, and every cloud computing cluster on Earth. Helium cools silicon wafers during fabrication. It serves as a carrier gas in deposition and etching tools. It enables leak detection in vacuum systems. Modern extreme ultraviolet lithography requires helium-cooled environments for precise temperature control. Without helium, the fabrication process degrades or stops. SK Hynix and Samsung hold two to three months of helium inventory. Two to three months is not a buffer. It is a countdown. If Ras Laffan remains offline beyond that window, South Korean memory production faces rationing. TSMC in Taiwan is somewhat more diversified but still uses Qatar-linked supply chains. The entire AI hardware supply chain, from HBM3E memory stacks to advanced logic chips, sits inside helium-dependent ecosystems. Beyond semiconductors, helium cools the superconducting magnets in more than 14,000 MRI machines operating worldwide. It pressurises rocket fuel tanks and purges propulsion systems in aerospace. CERN’s Large Hadron Collider depends on helium cryogenic systems. There is no substitute for helium in any of these applications at industrial scale. The United States and Qatar together account for more than 70 percent of global production. The US federal helium reserve and private suppliers offer partial relief, but global prices and spot availability are still governed by Qatar’s market share. Japan’s Iwatani has drawn on US reserves. Canada and the Rockies are seeing renewed investor interest. None of this replaces 63 million cubic metres in weeks. The war hit uranium first. Then oil. Then nitrogen. Then water. Then plastic. Then medicine. Then sulfur. Now helium. Eight layers. Each one deeper. Each one closer to the infrastructure that sustains modern civilisation. The chip that processes your data, the magnet that scans your body, and the rocket that launches your satellite all depend on an atom that leaves the planet when you lose it. open.substack.com/pub/shanakaans…
