John Swinney has denied claims he is 'running scared' of a TV debate after it was confirmed he would miss Question Time on Thursday. The First Minister said he would be replaced on the election special programme by Housing Secretary Mairi McAllan. 🇪🇸 A well-known matador in Spain has been seriously injured during a bullfight Morante de la Puebla, 46, was performing in Seville when he lost control of the bull while attempting to guide it with his cape. The bull attacked and gored him, piercing the lower part of his body. He was later carried out unconscious. Doctors performed emergency surgery. According to Spanish media, he suffered a severe 10-centimeter wound that damaged the anal sphincter and part of the colon.
