@nickfauchelle Hi Nick. Yes, that is a good idea. We’re looking to revamp our outage system soon to include an offsite status page.

@SandfieldIT No new information at this stage. Engineers are still tracing the problem causing issues on our backhaul.

We are still having issues with high server load and delayed delivery of some emails. Engineers are continuing to diagnose the issue.

We consider the email issue now fully resolved. We really appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding over the last two days.

Email Issue Update: The mail queue has been fully delivered and load appears to be normal. We will be monitoring closely this morning.

We have re-enabled connections to the server so customers can check and send email. There will still be delayed delivery of email however.
