He even told me KD is the best city in Nigeria; that I should better start looking for a way to get work there. Now, the news in this story is… Medically, it is impossible to get malaria in 2 days. If a mosquito bite you today, you cannot come down with malaria in the next two days. That’s not how it works! Unlike KD guys, mosquitoes are an organised species. They follow and respect plans. They don’t skip processes! When a mosquito bite, it mistakenly ( Yes, it’s a mistake) drops saliva while sucking your blood. The saliva is what contains the parasite that causes you to have malaria. However, the parasite is not wicked enough to cause you distress right away. No. It follows a plan: in the body, it firstly find its way to the bloodstream. Then to the liver. Then to the Red Blood Cells. Then it burst the red cells: then it scattered to everywhere in the body. The scattered malaria parasite all over the body and your body’s reaction to these parasites is what everyone knew as malaria. Now, before it does all that, bearing in mind its meticulousness, how many days do you think it needs? Certainly not two! It needs at least 7 days. Notice how 7 is the least number of days. Meaning, it could be more— it’s usually more. About 10 days in total. So, does this mean my KD friend got his malaria from…. 🧐 I know KD is the NY of Nigeria. But… I also know that laws of nature are not breakable. So, how can I now explain everything ? How can I agree with my friend that Daura gave him malaria in two days, while also respecting the diligence of the malaria parasite? Could it be… that the mosquitoes that bite him are also of the KD type? If that’s so. Then KD must really be a special place. To have the whole ecosystem of humans and their animal companions behaving in a similar fashion is… extraordinarily special!
