@GardeeAttorneys acted for the retrenched workers. We won against @WhiteHouse funded RightToCare orgamisation. The labour court held that the retrenchment was not procedural and amounted to unfair dismissal. Thank you Advocate Muntu Sithole.

The @EFFSouthAfrica Johannesburg caucus submitted a Motion: Removal of registered indigent beneficiaries from the city of Johannesburg debtor's list. Motion was approved by council. The EFF is always on the side of the poor. The DA and FFplus rejected the motion and must be remembered as antipoor parties and anti worker.
