Take small losses without hesitation. Never allow the big ones.

After each trade entry, immediately set a stop loss. This will greatly reduce your trading stress and anxiety. It helps your trading psychology.

If the probabilities don't favor you over time, you will eventually lose.

Position size your trades correctly so that fear doesn't become the main impulse guiding your decisions.

The hardest skill in trading is learning to do nothing when you want profits really badly right now.

Stop chasing small goals. Most traders fixate on passing a funded challenge. This is a goal for amateurs. It is like a chess player aiming to win a single game, instead of becoming a Grandmaster. A Grandmaster does not search for tactics on how to win. He develops a level of understanding where winning becomes the inevitable result. Do not aim to pass a challenge. Aim to become the kind of trader for whom passing a challenge is as easy as taking a breath. Build a system so robust and a mind so disciplined that consistent profitability is not your goal, it is your new standard. Set goals that force you to become more of a person than you are right now.

Most traders don’t need a better strategy. They need better execution under stress. That’s the real performance gap.

You can rebuild your trading confidence after a losing streak by starting with a few small wins in a row.

Real confidence as a trader has little to do with winning and everything to do with managing risk. Everybody has big wins regardless if you are new or experienced. After a big win if you don’t truly trust yourself to manage risk then even though you feel on top of the world in the moment it feels temporary. You know subconsciously you will give it back. When you actually trust yourself to manage risk even if you haven’t had a big trade in a while you still have deep confidence in yourself. You know that when you do have your next big winner you trust yourself that you won’t give it back and that makes all of the difference.

The market is almost irrelevant. It's really about you: How you manage yourself. How you manage your risk.

Be very impatient with losing trades. When your SL is hit, you get out, no questions asked. Get good at playing defense.
