@DebRN1953 @AP He was booed very loudly … that’s the honest to God truth. Pay attention. His presence (and his nap) caused businesses to lose thousands of dollars as well as costing us taxpayers hundreds of thousands for his travel and security.

Welker: Do you think anyone who attacks police officers on January 6th should get taxpayer money? Trump: I can tell you this, 97% of those people, you look at them, the FBI or whoever it was, you had a lot of crooked cops. They had FBI agents ushering them in. You had a bunch of dirty cops. Welker: There’s no evidence of that. Trump: Try looking at the tapes. Welker: 172 people did plead guilty to assaulting police officers. Trump: You know why they pled guilty? They were told they were going to jail for 15 years. They pled guilty because they were frightened. They went down and ushered into a building.

I’m sorry that you apparently think the “news” media exists to inform you. I’m sorry the media has you so thoroughly brainwashed that they have you believing the most heavily armed, Constitution-loving population on the planet attempted to overthrow their beloved constitutional republic without firing a single motherfucking gunshot. They even have you hallucinating that a person born with an XY-chromosome pair can become a person with an XX-chromosome pair just because they’re hallucinating that they are a woman. Also remember that for years we were told Trump’s Russian collusion was treason, and then the Democrats impeached him for something completely different—on the same day IG Horowitz revealed Russian collusion was all lies supported by “evidence” manufactured by Russians on behalf of the 2016 Democratic Party nominee for President, who paid for it. The Mueller, Horowitz, and Durham reports make clear that multiple news cycles over the past decade were dominated by reports that were either incorrect or lacking factual foundation. These included assertions by multiple outlets that the Steele dossier was not central to the FBI’s efforts to secure a warrant on Page; that the FBI found Christopher Steele and his dossier “credible”; that tales of FISA abuse were a conspiracy theory (one of many claims Mother Jones called “bullshit”); that the memo written by Devin Nunes on the subject was wrong and had been “debunked”; that Russians “blocked” Trump from nominating Mitt Romney as secretary of state; that Trump lawyer Michael Cohen was in Prague (presumably to meet Russian hackers); that a “pee tape” existed; that Russia’s Alfa Bank and the Trump campaign were communicating via a secret server; that the FISA warrant on Page must have been producing good intelligence to be renewed three times; and many other things. “Ultimately, the investigation did not establish that the Campaign coordinated or conspired with the Russian government in its election-interference activities.” (Page 173) Are media corrections forthcoming? justice.gov/archives/sco/f… oig.justice.gov/news/doj-oig-r… justice.gov/archives/sco-d…

If you’re actually for “common sense government,” then please pay closer attention & employ critical thinking. This country is in dire straits, led by a narcissist consumed with his multiple memorials, tacky gilded gold, & destroying the White House. It is still the People’s House, not his.

So let me get this straight: Trump invited NBC News to interview him despite their hostility, gave them over half an hour of content, and sat through pouring rain and technical difficulties all while being berated by Kristen Welker. But yet, the story is "Trump stormed out?!" Give me a break. Here's a question for NBC: when was the last time you saw a Democratic president request an interview with a conservative outlet? For almost a decade, Trump has had the balls to keep requesting these interviews with the Leftist media, knowing they’ll try to spin the narrative or rile him up. And this is how they repay him?

An online campaign led by supporters of U.S. President Donald Trump is calling on NBC News to remove journalist Kristen Welker from the network. The backlash intensified across social media after recent political coverage and interviews that many Trump supporters described as biased against the president. Several pro-Trump commentators and political accounts have been demanding NBC take immediate action, while some reports circulating online claim that Trump himself wants Welker fired from NBC immediately. However, no official statement from the White House or NBC News has confirmed those reports. Kristen Welker, moderator of NBC’s “Meet the Press,” has long faced criticism from conservative circles over her handling of political interviews and election-related coverage. Supporters of Welker argue that the attacks are part of growing political pressure against mainstream media journalists in the United States. The controversy once again highlights the deep divide between major media organizations and Trump’s political base, especially as political tensions continue to dominate American public discourse. #DonaldTrump #KristenWelker #NBC #USPolitics #BreakingNews #Media #TrumpSupporters #Journalism

@laralogan Are you still with CBS? If so, that speaks volumes. Over 60 courts found there was no election fraud in 2020; many of the judges appointed by Trump or GOP presidents, but you choose to dishonor the legal system and still believe his chronic lies.

This is why this country is so divided - this idiotic girl has not done the most basic journalism or she would know that every time she says there is “no evidence” she dishonors every American. There is evidence from here to Timbuktu & it is right in front of your eyes. Jake Tapper using this to attack the President is also so dishonest. A desperate effort to keep the lies going. We have to face reality in this country: these people are acting as co-conspirators for those who want to bury the truth - not expose it.
Jake Tapper 🦅@jaketapper

That is some wild, unhinged stuff from the President. Welker is a good person and honest journalist and didn’t deserve that but more importantly we have a president who constantly pushes conspiracy theories with zero evidence and can’t respond when politely challenged on that.
