Previous ACL reconstruction. 6/12 history of cystic swelling in the proximal medial tibia. Diagnosed as a ganglion cyst emanating from the tibial tunnel (bottom left of image) of the ACL graft.

Accurate infiltration of the subacromial bursa can be tricky, even with US-guidance. Needle bevel down to facilitate infiltration of the bursa in preference to the deep deltoid. Towards the end of the clip the bursa is seen to expand with injectate 👍🏻
