Associate Dean of Students Iris Fierro helps UTPB students see their potential. During Women’s History Month, she reflects on the women who fought for opportunity and equality, and continues that legacy by supporting students and the Permian Basin community. ✨

For Assistant AD Ginger Gatliff, Women's History Month is about honoring the women who came before and supporting those to come. Inspired by Pat Summitt, she helps drive success by managing budgets that support student-athletes and programs. 🤙
