Farm to Table is my alternate life. My whole family is in the restaurant business, and I grew up around kitchens. I genuinely love how kitchen keeps my mind busy. Hiking and climbing used to be my escape. I’ve always wanted to blend nature with restaurant life. It’s kind of funny that instead of living it IRL, I’m building it right now. It’s nice to see it resonate with people.
