Finishing my fast!! The food is yummy, btw if you do the same recipe, half a bouillon cube is enough what I used was way too much and the food was too salty !!

@mel0n828 Ikik 😭 it’s just complicated I’ve seen countless psychiatrist and therapist, and I have the will like really, I want to stop that But it’s been like 8+ years of functioning kinda like that, so it really feels like nothing is working

@glittersburning I’m gonna be straight with you you’re never gonna lose the weight and quit the binge eating with what ur doing. I used to do the exact same as u (b/p , restrict and stave) and it just leads you in a toxic gain and lose cycle that will never cure binging at the root.

You know what’s great about purging 4 times in less than 2hrs ? It actually made me poop !!! Finally !!! Yay !! 😝😝😝 (Take this as a joke, I’m actually really sick and my stomach hurts bad, don’t follow my steps💋)

@mel0n828 Same OMG my therapist was the worst for BED or mia recov 😭 she used to make me lock my pantry and give the keys to my parents when I lived with them, and it’s really the worst idea, she also made me buy food specifically to binge on it, which just increased my binging habits

@glittersburning I wish there was more eating disorder. Therapists for binge eating it’s kinda rare but really needed! I get all my recovery tips for BED just from trial and error and TikTok videos. I got a therapist before for binge eating but she gave absolutely horrific advice omg never again

@glittersburning Girly I was in the same boat it sucks 😭 I lost 30 lbs, gained 50, lost 10, gained 10 and forever repeated. Once I stopped restricting heavily and got on trizepitide I was able to eat normal and not binge eat while losing fast.

@glittersburning The most common ed is binge eating disorder. Some people will never understand it don’t let it get to you :( it’s very shamed and misunderstood. All you can do is build a community of supportive people who don’t judge and encourage you to get better ❤️‍🩹

@mel0n828 A lot of time I keep loosing and gaining back, I actually lost more than 80lbs last year, was like 210 and gained it all back 😭😭😭
