During an incredible outreach in El Salvador, our Hand of Hope Medical & Dental Missions team had the honor to serve inside a prison, witnessing powerful physical and spiritual transformation. On this #WorldWaterDay, we’re reminded that something as simple as water can change everything. In Baguban Village, Nepal, access to clean water used to mean long, exhausting walks—especially for women and children. It affected health, education, and everyday life. But after years of faithful prayer, everything changed. Through the Well of Life Project, a bore well was installed and alongside it, a new church was built. What was once a daily struggle is now a source of life, hope, and community. Today, families have clean, reliable water. Children have more time to learn. And a small but faithful group of believers now has a place to gather, worship, and grow. This is more than water. This is the faithfulness of God on display.
