La competencia fue suspendida. En horas de la mañana, personal policial tomó intervención en un grave incidente registrado durante el desarrollo del Rally Sudamericano Codasur, en el sector de paraje Julio César. Según se informó, un vehículo de la competencia, se despistó e impactó contra dos personas que se encontraban como espectadores.
