Visited @petco Canoga Park(6615 Fallbrook Ave Store #6615)& witnessed severe neglect in the aquatic dept. Filthy tanks, heavily soiled gravel & major overcrowding. Stressed, lethargic fish are not thriving here. This needs immediate regional management review.

@Petco do better. I bought 2 containers of fifty large mealworms for my bearded dragon and to not such a surprise, only TWENTY FIVE were alive. The packaging smells horrendous.

@Petco just had a poor experience at my local Petco store . Store # 02122 transaction 204860. Spent $220 on vaccinations to 1 dog. Your $800 neuter price was obscene. I declined. The had both dogs into for wash and nails. The small one are out with har flying and loose on his

Ummmm, @Petco we have a pricing problem. No telling how many people have overpaid (including me). Now, bc I was paying attention, it’s a customer problem. Point of interest for your ERP/Acounting team: A) List the product as the master Item Id, list both the individual/case sku’s as children. B) Set up a bill of material for each case and include the individual cans (count 12) as the components. That way you NEVER overcharge your customers. Also, when you roll out a price change for one single item in your ERP, price changes only require 1 entry. I’ve got a dog, want to hire me to come fix it?
