On 30.04.2026, security forces destroyed 23 (twenty three) bunkers illegally constructed at the hill range of Mongkot Chepu, Shongphel, Mullam, Sirarakhong and Ringue village under Litan-PS, Ukhrul district. From the sites, the following were recovered: i)01 (one) 12 bore Pump action gun, ii)17 (seventeen) live round ammunition of different calibres, iii)111 (one hundred and eleven) fired cases of different calibres, iv)01 (one) battery charger, v)01 (one) magazine pouch and vi)01 (one) pair of jungle boot.
