Ran the Open 400m , 200m, and the 4x4 relay yesterday. It was hot all day yesterday but we still went out there and competed. This race pushed me into a whole different mode in the last stretch of the 100m . The passion and pride of not wanting to lose is an unmatched feeling.

There is pride when you run that anchor position. It’s a different mode when it comes down to the wire . 💯
