Wow - this is a huge huge loss to UK medicine. Dr Wong and family choosing to go to Singapore 20 years of expertise gone just like that. We are losing 15-20k Doctors each year. Tell me how many PAs or even fresh doctors it would take to cover up the gap being left behind by Dr Wong?

Which vessel? --> pulmonary artery! This was a massive PE. Tough case, but 2 takehome pearls: (1) PE can produce STE, esp. V1, aVR, and III (right side leads), and (2) it is very uncommon for STEMIs/OMIs to produce new right axis; STE + new RAD=PE until proven otherwise #FOAMed

I think this is my home country #Iran. Male babies are useless for #egg production and are transported to be buried alive. In this case the truck got into an accident. Here in the US we grind them up alive. In egg farms, small or large, male babies are useless and killed. Ladies are killed too the second they're not profitable. Caged or cage-free. This is not how a civilized society should treat animals of other species. This is not how food should be prepared. This is not food. This is violence. We don't hear about it because it's hidden from us. I grew up eating meat, egg, and dairy and paying for animal abuse unknowingly. Animals are not objects. We can't farm them. We shouldn't exploit them. Do you need me to tell you animal abuse is wrong? You know that already! Being vegan simply means we don't pay for animal abuse and we stop demanding products of torture and murder. If your beloved pet was in their place how urgently would you take action to save them? Please go #vegan that urgently.
