So, Sen Tillis says he is now unfiltered due to him retiring and he can now say things he couldn't before due to "political considerations." The failed vote was only about speeding up the process. Republicans hold a strong majority in the Senate (around 30-32 seats). In theory, they have the votes if they unify.
