Nord-Kivu : l'AFC/M23 accuse les forces gouvernementales d'avoir bombardé Rubaya La rébellion AFC/M23 a affirmé dimanche 24 mai 2026 que les forces armées congolaises ont conduit dans la nuit, vers 00h15, une frappe de drone de combat de type CH4 sur la localité de Rubaya, dans le Nord-Kivu, faisant plusieurs morts parmi les civils et causant d'importants dégâts matériels. Le mouvement rebelle, qui contrôle cette zone, a qualifié l'attaque de « crime de guerre » et appelé la communauté internationale à en prendre acte.
