In Meri, Cameroon, a new water point is improving school days. With safe water on site, students arrive less tired, can wash their hands, and focus on learning. The water point is also supporting nearby families. Read more: iom.int/Zm8

In Iraq, a wetland project is turning wastewater into safer irrigation water through a natural treatment system. By filtering water through basins and reed-filled wetlands, it helps protect farmland and drinking water sources from pollution.

Winter is not over in Gaza. A storm over the past few days brought heavy rain and strong winds, weakening already fragile shelters. IOM and its partners continue to provide critical shelter assistance, but needs remain immense.

In Diyala, Iraq, farmers are growing more livestock feed with far less water. A hydroponic system produces green fodder year-round while using up to 90% less water, cutting costs and supporting livestock with nutrient-rich feed.

When crisis hits, communities step in. In #Lebanon, where over one million people have been displaced, a migrant-led group – with support from IOM – is preparing up to 600 meals a day for those fleeing hostilities.

More than 6,000 migrants in #Ecuador will receive humanitarian assistance through a new initiative supported by @MOFAkr_eng and IOM. The project will expand access to health care, food and protection services in key border areas. iom.int/ZmD
