@AdobeExpress I’m beyond frustrated. I can’t do even basic things in Express on my iPhone. It’s an updated, new phone, I’ve tried deleting the app and restarting it. I still can’t do anything. I pay for this app and it’s not working. I want my money back.

@airtelindia @AdobeExpress Very poor service from Airtel. Paid twice (₹100 & ₹1) for account activation — money deducted but activation failed after “verifying.” No refund, no update. Customer care is just IVR loops, no real support. Please resolve this ASAP or I will escalate to RBI.

@AdobeExpress Nope. It won't allow me to trim below 2:19. I had been using the browser. Downloaded the app and it's worse. I was able to trim to 1:55 in the browser, but it also locked at that point. I need more trim. (That's what he said.)

@AdobeExpress What happened? I can't do precise editing anymore. If trying to edit the beginning, it's glitchy. Editing a splice locks and won't let me trim below a certain point. I'm having to delete scenes. I'm also have to submit copyright license agreements for most music now. 😢😢😢😢 SOS
